Although the word "Sports" is in our name, we don't just treat athletes! We see a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including (but not limited to) joint replacements, back pain, ankle sprains, ACL repairs, and much, much more! Insurance
Sports Rehabilitation is proud to be a participating provider to most of the insurance plans in the Metro including Blue Cross, Medicare, United Health Care, Humana, Aetna, Cigna and Work Comp. We encourage all patients to check with your particular insurance carrier directly. Our administrative staff will verify your physical or occupational therapy benefits prior to your initial visit to determine visit limitations, co-pays, and status of deductibles.
Self pay options
For patients who do not have insurance, or for whom insurance does not cover enough of the cost, we offer a self pay package. Please call our office for more information.
